Day 1: Arrive in Windhoek – Meet Your Group

Upon arrival in Windhoek, make your way to the pre-arranged campsite or guesthouse. Meet your guide and fellow travelers during a welcome briefing. Spend your first evening getting to know the group and preparing for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Drive to Sesriem – Gateway to Sossusvlei

Travel south through the Khomas Highlands into the Namib Desert. Arrive at Sesriem, where you’ll set up camp. Enjoy your first evening under the stars, surrounded by the silence and vastness of the desert.

Day 3: Sossusvlei Sunrise & Desert Walks

Rise early for a sunrise hike up Dune 45 — the perfect vantage point for views across the Namib. Continue to Sossusvlei and Deadvlei to walk among ancient camelthorn trees and bright white salt pans. Visit Sesriem Canyon before returning to camp.

Day 4: Journey to Swakopmund – Coast Meets Desert

After breakfast, drive through the scenic Kuiseb and Gaub passes en route to Swakopmund. Arrive in this coastal town by afternoon and transfer to a basic guesthouse dorm or campsite. Spend the evening enjoying the cool ocean breeze and German colonial charm.

Day 5: Free Day in Swakopmund – Optional Adventures

Choose from thrilling activities like sandboarding, quad biking, or marine cruises. Or take it easy by exploring Swakopmund’s shops, cafes, and beach. Dinner at your own leisure.

Day 6: Head to Damaraland – Remote Beauty

Depart Swakopmund and travel north into the wilds of Damaraland. Set up camp near the rugged landscapes of Twyfelfontein. Along the way, stop to see local Himba or Damara communities and learn about their traditions.

Day 7: Rock Art & Desert Wildlife

Visit the UNESCO-listed Twyfelfontein rock engravings in the morning. Later, take a nature drive in search of desert-adapted elephants and other wildlife unique to this region. Enjoy a peaceful campfire evening.

Day 8: Etosha National Park – Begin Game Viewing

Continue east to Etosha, Namibia’s premier wildlife destination. Enter the park through the western gate and drive to the first campsite. As you drive, spot game at roadside waterholes. Camp within the park, often near a lit waterhole for nighttime viewing.

Day 9: Full-Day Etosha Safari

Spend a full day game driving across the park from west to east. Visit iconic waterholes like Okaukuejo, Halali, and Namutoni. Expect to see elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, and rhinos. Camp overnight in Etosha’s eastern sector.

Day 10: Return to Windhoek – End of Tour

After breakfast, begin the drive back to Windhoek. Arrive by late afternoon and either transfer to the airport or stay an extra night in the city. Your safari ends with memories made and new friendships formed.
